Images can be used for publicity by the photographer. Payment for photographs must be paid in full when receiving prints. If photos are received only via email or online gallery, the client agrees to pay the amount owed completely at the end of the session or at next appointment when choosing photos. In the case of damaged or lost images, a free mini session of 8 digital images can be offered at no cost. If the customer cannot pay when receiving the photos, he/she will not receive anything until the payment is given in full. There is a two-week limit to pay the rest of the owed amount. After two weeks $25 will apply for each week that passes without paying for the full work. NO REFUNDS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
